The VFW Post 2645 provides a 2500 sq. ft. area for a small event.

Maximum capacity is 85 people. Ideal for meetings, parties, social gatherings, repast,  celebration of life memorials, or baby showers.

A set $100 "tax deductible donation" is required to hold the room.

A $50 one time set "set up” charge, due at time of "hold donation”.

A post officer/designated member of VFW POST 2645 will be present during the entire time of the event and is your authoritative monitor of the event for both safety and security.

VFW 2645 provides the "space with tables & chairs plus rest rooms only".

Your event coordinator is responsible for the following:

  1. Set up, clean up; trash bags provided.
  2. You cater your own event. Catering includes table dressing, food, serving plates, cups, utensils, and carry-out containers. If you want the VFW to cater your event, you MUST contact Bonnie at 248-356-9423 between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM during the week, Tuesday to Friday.
  3. The VFW has a 48" TV with HDMI and UBS ports for DVD use.
  4. The VFW will provide a large cooler with ice to keep your beverages cold. You MUST provide the bag ice for your drinks!
  5. If alcohol is present, you must have prior approval and you must use the VFW bartender for a fixed cost of $75, paid directly to the bartender. OPEN ALCOHOL is NOT allowed outside of the building!
